  • All of our seeds and growing materials are completely untreated and free from chemical coatings.

  • Our seeds are not genetically modified. We only use natural, non‑GM varieties suitable for home growing.

  • Each item is placed in a sealed packet to keep clean, protected, and organised during delivery. Every pack includes a product label showing the product name, species, variety and weight under The Seed Marketing Regulations.

  • Each seed batch can be traced from the original supplier, through processing and packing, right to the sealed pack included in your box. Product labels show the variety name, batch details, net weight and any seed treatments, giving clear information about what you are growing.

  • We can only ship within the UK.

  • Orders are packaged and dispatched within 3-4 working days.

  • Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on the courier and your location.

    You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation so you know your box is on its way.

  • We aim for you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you decide to return an item, we offer a full refund as long as the request is made within 14 days of receiving your package. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will arrange a refund or replacement. For missing or delayed orders, we’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
